To customise the STEAMULATION PRO X II shisha pipe, the German-Swiss brand has designed this stainless steel adaptor for the SLEEVE CARBON stem accessory.
Available in an UP version for the upper section or a DOWN version for the lower section of the stem, this accessory directs the smoke either up or down, with breathtaking results.
NB This accessory is only compatible with the STEAMULATION PRO X II shisha pipe in conjunction with the CARBON SLEEVE.
