De CLOUD ONE is een product op basis van cellulosevezels, glycerine en aroma's, geproduceerd in Duitsland. De CLOUD ONE heeft een uiterlijk dat dicht bij klassieke shisha-melasse ligt, maar zonder tabak of nicotine, en creëert een wolk van gearomatiseerde damp bij contact met warmte.

Het is geschikt voor verschillende types koppen — of het nu een holle kop, phunnel of vortex is — en elk type verwarmingssysteem zoals Kaloud Lotus, Brohood, Provost of eenvoudigweg aluminiumfolie.
Het wordt afgeraden bij een vlakke kop.
